Centre for Educational Research and Development
The aim of the Centre for Educational Research and Development is to contribute to the quality of teaching and learning at Oslo University College (OUC) in accordance with the overall strategy of the College. This entails:
- organizing academic development programs for members of the academic staff at the University College
- providing support to development projects in the various faculties of the College
- carrying out research projects
A number of the research and development projects focus on an intercultural learning environment. Students today represent great diversity in both age and background. The Centre is committed to:
- create pedagogical practices that embrace diversity
- contribute to a culture considering diversity as a resource in the learning environment
