International Public Health

Today, there is a strong focus on International Public Health advocated by UN, WHO and EU. There is also an increasing demand for professionals in arenas of health promotion and disease prevention.

Many determinants of health have been revealed within societal and environmental conditions. The slogan “Health is Wealth” is often heard. “Wealth” is the most important determinant of “Health”. Reducing inequality and improving environmental conditions is a universal responsibility.
